1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- This processing time is necessary as many of our items are printed on demand specifically for you.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
We offer shipping throughout Malaysia.
- Shipping Carrier(s): We primarily use PosLaju, J&T Express or comparable services for domestic deliveries.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- West Malaysia (WM): Typically 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
- East Malaysia (EM): Typically 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

- West Malaysia (WM): RM 7.00
- East Malaysia (EM): RM 15.00
3. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship to addresses within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
5. Potential Delays
- While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high order volumes (e.g., during sales or holidays), carrier delays, customs processing, or severe weather conditions. We appreciate your patience during these times.
6. Shipping Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Hedge Haute is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hedgehaute@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item or expected delivery.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate lost packages.
- For damaged items, please retain all original packaging and provide photos of the damage so we can assist you effectively.
